OUR APPROACH
We believe
today's big challenges require new and innovative approaches. Our
approach includes the following elements:
- Personal
touch: We are a small firm that
provides each client the attention they deserve. We have a strong track
record of delivering on-time, on-budget and on-schedule.
- Invite
the right people to participate:
A key to any successful strategy or program is
to include a diversity
of perspectives and voices. If you can get the
right people involved,
new possibilities can emerge. Employees,
customers, shareholders,
community organizations, and environmental NGOs
can be allies to
success on new sustainability initiatives.
- Explore
the whole before fixing any part:
A key condition for effective action is to help
all parties get a clear
picture of each other's reality. To foster new
insights, or find
innovative solutions, you need to put the issues
at hand into a bigger,
global context, explore current trends, and
listen to each other,
before you jump into problem-solving.
- Collaborative
dialogue: A well-designed and
facilitated meaning promotes creativity,
learning and new
possibilities. We aim for fun and engaging
meetings where important
questions can be explored and key learnings
captured.
- Inspired
action: We believe that inspired
action comes from clear intention, conversations
that include a
diversity of perspectives, and strong
relationships. When these
elements are present, action comes from a place of
inspiration.

line impact. We helped the Marin Community Foundation launch a new
